Plant Director

We are hiring a **Plant Director** who will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence linked to achieving short-term and long-range objectives and strategies. The Plant Manager will be responsible to provide leadership and direction to manufacturing managers including the following units: metal fabrication, final assembly and testing in a vertically integrated state-of-the art operation with 350 employees which includes the following manufacturing processes: sheet metal fabrication, structural steel fabrication, coil fabrication, fan assembly, electrical test, and final assembly. The position will also work jointly with matrix functional managers. This individual will direct lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts focused on driving improvements in cost, quality, time, safety and people.
