Plant Engineer

Job Description Summary

1.Hands on experience in Smart plant Instrumentation (SPI) in all modules
2. Instrument spec, compilation of material requisitions, Technical Evaluation, Finalizing of Instrument ordering and review & approval of vendor documentation
3. Preparation of Instrument and Electrical installation detail/hook up drawings
4. Support in preparation of instrument and Electrical construction package
5. Good knowledge on instrument wiring concepts, electricals - DCS interface design and integration of different vendor package instruments in main plant control system
6. Review of P & IDs and responsible for all instrument types, connection sizes and symbols
7. Good knowledge on codes and standards(IEC/IEEE/ISA/ASME/ANSI)
8. Upkeeping and maintenance of all plant instruments, control system and Electrical systems.
