Position Overview

A well-established Tier 1 automotive supplier with multiple manufacturing operations in Mexico is seeking a Plant Finance Controller to lead finance activities across its plants. This role partners closely with plant and regional leadership to drive financial performance, operational discipline, and compliance in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level finance operations across multiple manufacturing sites
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes
• Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
