Job Description: Plant Head (Manufacturing) — MARS Cosmetics


Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Function:Manufacturing / Supply Chain


Role Summary

Own end-to-end manufacturing at the Baddi plant—delivery, quality, cost, compliance, safety, and people. Build a disciplined, scalable factory system for cosmetics production (bulk + filling/packing), with strong GMP, process control, and daily management.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Plant ownership: Run daily operations across production, packing, maintenance, warehouse, dispatch;
    ensure output meets plan (OTIF).
  2. Quality & compliance: Ensure GMP/ISO (as applicable), hygiene, documentation, audits, traceability, deviations/CAPA, change control;
    partner closely with QA/QC.
