About the Company : To lead the HR function for the plant with complete accountability for all aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational & Employee Development, Employee Engagement, Industrial & Labour Relations, Statutory Compliance, Compensation & Benefits for on-roll and third-party employees, and Plant HR Operations. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Leadership team, building a robust HR ecosystem that supports business growth, ensures compliance, nurtures talent, and creates a positive and high-performance culture.


Responsibilities :


  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead manpower planning in line with production and expansion requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for on-roll, DET/GET, and contract workforce.
  • Build strong employer branding through campus connect, industry networks, and digital presence.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical roles and succession planning.
  • Employee & Organizational Development
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and developmental outcomes.
  • Create and implement leadership and functional capability-building programs.
  • Design and execute career progression, retention strategies, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Champion organizational development interventions to align people with business transformation.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Build and sustain an engaged workforce through structured programs and communication forums.
  • Implement recognition & reward frameworks.
  • Act as a cultural custodian, promoting company values and positive workplace climate.
  • Enhance internal communications and feedback mechanisms.
  • Industrial Relations & Labour Compliance
  • Ensure harmonious employee relations by proactively managing union and labour dynamics.
  • Drive 100% statutory compliance with all labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, ID Act, etc.).
  • Supervise contract workforce management, including compensation, attendance, and wage disbursement.
  • Build constructive relationships with external stakeholders – government authorities, contractors, and local bodies.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit processes ensuring smooth employee experience.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration for both on-roll and third-party workforce.
  • Supervise administration functions: security, canteen, transport, housekeeping, and CSR activities.
  • Implement HR systems, digital tools, and analytics to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.




Must have skills:-

Hiring experience in DET, GET (Diploma engineer trainee, graduate engineer trainee)

  • Employee engagement index and attrition rate
  • PMS coverage and quality of outcomes
  • 100% statutory compliance and audit readiness
  • Stability in industrial relations (zero man-days lost)




Qualifications :



  • Qualification : MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Industrial Relations from a recognized institute.
  • Experience : 18–25 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing, with strong exposure to both Business HR and IR/ER, including large-scale workforce management.
  • Preferred : Experience in Gujarat region (Ankleshwar/Bharuch/Saykha), multilingual (Gujarati preferred), familiarity with greenfield / expansion environments.
