    Job Description

  • Lead overall operations of the new sheet metal manufacturing plant
  • Oversee stamping, CNC machining, forging, and electroplating processes
  • Manage production, quality, maintenance, and EHS compliance
  • Build and develop a 250+ member operations team
  • Drive cost optimization, localization, and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with design, R&D, and tool room teams for new product launches
  • Implement Lean, TPM, and 5S practices for operational excellence

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Plant Head should have:

  • 15-25 years of experience in automotive or precision sheet metal manufacturing
  • Strong exposure to sheet metal fabrication, plating, and assembly operations
  • Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale manufacturing teams and deliver greenfield projects
  • Good technical depth and structured problem-solving skills
  • Average to good communication skills with strong leadership presence
