Job Description
Plant Operations & Performance
Own plant P&L, production output, quality, cost, and delivery metrics
Drive capacity utilization, throughput improvement, and productivity
Ensure seamless coordination across production, maintenance, quality, SCM, and EHS
Cost & Efficiency
Control manufacturing costs, overheads, and working capital
Lead Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and cost per unit
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / GMP and statutory regulations
Lead internal and external audits; drive CAPA and continuous improvement
Address customer escalations and ensure root-cause resolution
EHS & Statutory
Ensure 100% compliance with EHS norms and statutory requirements
Promote a zero-accident culture and safety-first mindset
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies

Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership and workforce
