  • Oversee end-to-end factory and business operations to meet cut-to-ship targets, ensuring audit-ready floors, strict safety compliance, and seamless cross-department coordination.
  • Ensure every order meets customer specifications on quality, presentation, and documentation. Maintain inspection readiness 24 hours before schedule and drive a strong product quality culture to keep export rejects below 2%.
  • Review orders and packing plans in advance, track WIP, and anticipate bottlenecks to sustain 95%+ line efficiency. Lead pre-production planning, line balancing, and salvaging processes while ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely dispatch.
  • Implement visual management tools, track KPIs, and use daily reviews to coach teams. Control costs, manage overtime within budget, and promote continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability across all shop-floor functions.

    The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in woven and knit garment manufacturing, primarily within leading Indian export-oriented units. Demonstrated success managing 1,000+ machines and large, diverse teams across major apparel hubs in Karnataka. Brings strong leadership, deep operational expertise, and a proven ability to deliver results from day one. Available to join at the earliest.
