Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee all HR functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth operations related to time office, payroll, statutory compliance, and administration. The role is critical in maintaining employee satisfaction, legal compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Time Office Management
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Ensure accurate biometric and manual attendance tracking.
- Handle queries related to attendance and leave policies.
2. Payroll Administration
- Collate and verify attendance data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with corporate HR/payroll team for timely salary disbursement.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, etc.
