Job Description

Plant HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the plant, ensuring statutory compliance, smooth payroll processing, EHS adherence, and effective manpower planning and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance & IR

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws: Factory Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities
  • Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records
  • Support harmonious industrial relations at the plant

2. Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing for staff & workmen
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, PF/ESI
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance team
  • Handle salary structuring and employee queries
