Job Description
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 12 years or more of HR/IR experience in a manufacturing environment, of which 3 years in a lead/head role. Strong IR exposure and experience dealing with unions, Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Age:- Around 38 to 45
Job Objective:
Lead HR and Industrial Relations (IR) at the plant level, ensure smooth workforce operations, maintain statutory compliance, drive employee engagement, and support productivity, business goals and maintain harmonious Employee relationships at plant;
To ensure safety of employees and ensure all statutory compliances related to safety at the unit.
