Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.


You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our plant machinery and systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including production, quality, and safety teams), diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, conveyors, and industrial robots, but also contribute to predictive and preventive maintenance activities.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, automated machining lines, conveyors, and industrial robots




  • Interpreting mechanical drawings and possessing strong knowledge of machine elements




  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, spindles, and other mechanical assemblies




  • Executing lubrication routines and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical components




  • Carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment




  • Collecting and analyzing daily machine data to identify issues and implement corrective actions




  • Maintaining awareness and adherence to IRIS, ISO, OHSAS, and Maintenance Management Systems




  • Monitoring key maintenance KPIs, including Availability, MTBF, and MTTR




  • Contributing to TPM initiatives and actively participating in Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and cost-saving projects

  • in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering




  • 15 to 18 years of experience in machine and utility maintenance




  • Experience in maintaining plant machinery and overseeing EHS across the facility




  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, bearings, guideways, ball screws, and mechanical drives




  • Basic understanding of electrical components in machinery and electrical utilities




  • Familiarity with spare parts management




  • Computer proficiency and specialization in Maintenance Engineering (desirable)
