Job Description

Objective:

Manage, coordinate, and follow up on the manager's activities, schedule, and communications to ensure that their priorities are carried out in an orderly and timely manner.


Main responsibility:

  • Manage the schedule: meetings, trips, commitments, reminders.
  • Channel information: filter emails, prepare responses, prioritize issues.
  • Prepare documentation: reports, presentations, minutes.
  • Coordinate administrative projects: follow up on pending items, dates, and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between the manager and other areas, clients, or suppliers.
  • Ensure that administrative processes flow smoothly: purchases, payments, internal requests.
