The Plant Manager provides business leadership, manages plant and company resources, achieves customer satisfaction, and meets established quality, profitability, and strategic goals

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • The job requires significant time on a production floor and environment of 50 °F to 100 °F and considerable walking 
  • Travel can be required and in some cases international travel 
  • No heavy lifting is typically required
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Environment will run the range from factory conditions listed above to typical office environment
  • Must be able to flex work hours such that time on off shifts can be covered
