• Foster strong relationships with management and teams, enhancing employee engagement, communication, and training.
• Offer expert guidance to production departments, coaching managers and supervisors to align actions with company strategy.
• Mentor and cultivate leadership skills within the team.
• Develop strategies to meet the company’s growth requirements at the Calgary facility.
• Set and monitor production levels in line with projections.
