Plant Manager

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- _Lead the administration of the functions of Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT and Quality, through systems such as Strategic Plan, Board Meetings, Staff Meetings, Matrix Project and Period Reviews from (KPM / KPI) etc. _
- _Lead the development and implementation of the procedures that help to continuously improve diverse areas that are related with the quality system in this organization. _
- _Lead the plant’s strategic planning, providing an updated knowledge and future vision of the world class manufacturing techniques, according to the competitive position of the company and corporate plans. _
- Insure the high quality of the manufactured products through the process Control Plan, PFMEA, work instructions and processes monitoring.
