Position Summary


General ThermoDynamics is seeking an experienced and highly engaged Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our Franklin, WI manufacturing facility. With over 90 employees and a high‑mix/low‑volume (HMLV) production environment, this role is responsible for driving the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement.
