Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Production

Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are met.

Develop and implement production plans aligned with business goals.

Optimize manpower, machinery and materials to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Monitor plant KPIs and initiate corrective actions where required.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
