Plant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all daily operations of our client's food manufacturing facility in Delta, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, ensuring workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee plant operations including production, maintenance and safety in a unionized environment. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity and efficiency. Monitor daily production metrics and take corrective actions when necessary. Lead and mentor plant staff, including department supervisors and team leads. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage the plant budget, including cost control and capital improvement projects.
