About the Role

Join our team at the Northgate site in our Transfer Station division. This is a hands-on , full-time permanent role offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow . On top of that, we’re offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating plant equipment, Dozer is essential , and other machinery such as Loader , Excavator , and Forklift would be desirable
• Supporting daily transfer station operations
• Performing laboring and clean-up duties
• Handling and moving waste materials across the facility
• Loading/unloading waste, stockpiling , and processing materials
• Screening and sorting waste to ensure correct disposal
• Inspecting customer loads and managing different waste streams
