Plant Operator

Overview

Your next opportunity: As a Plant Operator, your primary responsibilities in this role will be batching of orders to specified mix designs and utilizing the docket dispatch system, the dispatch and loading of trucks, record keeping of both computer and manual entries, as well as on-site quality assurance, loader and bobcat operations and participating in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolbox and incident reporting.

You will champion the site's operation along with the site manager in charge, and may be given an opportunity to step into a leader's role.

Flexibility is required in starting early mornings and working until productions end for the day.

Your day will involve

• Accurate batching of orders through Front-end Loader & Bobcat operation
• Control Room operations
• Day-to-day administration of the Plant including stock control of raw materials
