Production Operator is responsible to operate the working of the plant sections in AP Liquid Dept. (reactors) / AP Dry Dept. (powder processing / packing & labelling sections) at Taloja plant in shifts.

  • Execute the daily planned and scheduled work for completing the production plan.
  • Effective control on the allocated jobs in order to get maximum productivity with desired quality.
  • Check issuance and reconciliation of Raw & Packaging material as per GMP guidelines.
  • Ensure proper transfer of finished goods from production area to store.
  • Checks assigned processes for proper operation as stated by written work orders and per Supervisor’s instructions.
  • Maintain batch production records, logbook etc. for proper documentation.
  • Train and supervise the working of all contract labor working in the department.
  • Responsible for reporting of Deviation and Incident to immediate supervisor.
  • Coordination with cross functional team for smooth production operation.
  • Member of emergency response team and responsible to guide and train other team members in case of emergency.
  • Record the waste generation and disposal at the site - department wise in shifts.
  • Prepare the safety work permit as per requirement.
  • Knowledge for handling of trouble shooting during day today production activities.
  • Responsible for completion of assigned task as per business requirement.
  • Continuously checks all operating parameters vs. written work orders and crystal status. Reports any problems to his/her supervisor immediately.
  • As directed by a supervisor, may at times perform routine plant tasks and simple maintenance jobs.
  • Keeps production Manager informed of any problems if supervision is not available.
