Plant Optimisation Supervisor

We are seeking a Plant Optimisation Supervisor to improve how our gold processing plant is operated — focusing on people, plant, and practices across crushing, milling, tailings, and dewatering circuits. This is a new role and the role is hands-on and field based, working alongside Operations to lift consistency, capability, and long-term plant performance.

About the Role

• Spend time in the plant observing and understanding how work is practically executed.
• Coach operators and supervisors during live operations
• Help standardise operating practices, procedures, and work areas
• Reduce reliance on workarounds and local knowledge
• Improve task design, layouts, and interfaces between people and plant
• Work across Operations, Metallurgy, Maintenance, and Projects to ensure changes are practical and sustained
