Your profile and competencies to succeed


  • Customer focused to fulfill the needed requirements
  • Focused and fulfillment of defined KPI 
  • Managed complexity, Teamwork and open Mindedness
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
  • Experience in Core tools and with methodologies: 8D, 3 Legs and 5 Why´s, Pareto analysis and statistical studies such as control graphics and CP and CPK calculus and GD&T
  • Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge / experience in Automotive requirements (ISO / IATF , VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, VDA 2, TLD, AIAG-CQI´s etc.) preferred certified
