About the Team The Plant Quality Engineer at ZF Foxconn in Duncan, SC will join a dynamic team within the Chassis Systems Division, focused on delivering high-performance front and rear axle products. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this role will collaborate closely with two experienced quality engineers to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. The position involves regular interaction with customers to address and resolve quality concerns, making strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for success.

What you can look forward to as a Plant Quality Engineer:

  • Coordinate the quality efforts related to APQP for new projects.

  • Coordinate quality technician priorities and activities as necessary. 

  • Coordinate 8Ds and corrective actions to customers.
