<p>Key Responsibilities : <br/><br/>1. QMS Ownership: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QMS compliant with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001) for both Induction Motor and BLDC fan manufacturing.<br/><br/>2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection teams. Lead team for Supplier Quality, In process Quality, Product Quality, Customer Quality and NPD Quality<br/><br/>3. Process Excellence: Drive Zero-Defect initiatives and implement statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles to minimize rework, scrap, and warranty claims.<br/><br/>4. Compliance & Audits: Ensure all products meet necessary regulatory standards (e.g., BIS, BEE) and successfully manage all internal and external quality audits.<br/><br/>5. Customer Satisfaction: Analyze customer feedback and warranty data to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that lead to measurable improvements in product reliability.<br/><br/>6. He'll be responsible to Improve key indicators of PPR (Customer complaint Ratio) and CoPQ for Bethora plant <br/><br/>Required Experience & Skills:<br/><br/>1. Technical Expertise: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics preferred)<br/><br/>2. Industry Specifics: Proven leadership experience (minimum 10+ years) in Quality Management within the Electrical/Electronic or Consumer Durables manufacturing sector. Experience with motor-driven products (especially BLDC technology) is a significant advantage.<br/><br/>3. Must have hands on Experience in conducting root cause analysis, Supplier development. <br/><br/>4. Location: Willingness to relocate to or work in the Bethora, Goa area.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
