Job Description
- B-Tech- Dairy Technology / Food Technology with an experience of Quality Assurance activities in dairy / food industry minimum of 8 - 12 years.
- Leading the plant quality assurance team in a dairy plant.
- Ensure the Raw / Packing Material / Semi finished and Finished goods quality as per Statutory and company Standards.
- Monitoring the Regional QA manpower activities and identifying the training needs & train them on updated/required testing procedures.
- Monitoring and ensuring food safety Mgt system (ISO2200) for entire region (coordinating internal audits, MRM ETC).
- Monitoring and ensuring the SSOP as per the schedule and escalate any deviation / abnormality to both Admin & Functional in charges.
- Attending the market complaint and analyzing for route cause and suggest for redressal.
- Familiarity with FSSAI specifications and guidelines and licensing procedure.
