Your tasks
- In line with Continental Global Quality understanding Quality First, strive and drive Zero Defect requirement to the supplier base.
- Implement Zero Defect Culture within the SQM organization.
- Ensure Best in Class consistent and sustainable supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Intermediate English ( B2 level ).
- 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment: Engineering, Technician, or Quality role
- Knowledge:
- APQP, PPAP and AIAG.
- ISO and/or TS16949 standards (desirable).
- VDA 6.3 standard (desirable).
- Skills:
- Strong problem solving and communication.
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time (national and international.)
