Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our plastic film production facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plastic film types such as HDPE, LDPE , and a solid understanding of processes like blown film extrusion . This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
