Titan America’s Florida Business Unit has an excellent opportunity for a Plant Supervisor at its Road Ready-Mix Concrete Plant location in Cocoa, FL. This salaried non-exempt position (eligible for overtime ) will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for the daily operation of the plant, including but not limited to operations, maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, environmental compliance, and supervision of plant employees.

Plant Supervisor Responsibilities :

· Ensure that all products produced meet or exceed customers’ expectations regarding quality and service.

· Ensure adequate inventories in order to meet customer needs.
