About the Role
We are recruiting for a hands‑on Day Shift Supervisor to join a busy industrial processing facility in Doncaster. You will oversee daily operations, support the site team, and ensure production targets and safe working practices are maintained throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of operatives and machinery operators
- Manage daily workflow and production targets
- Maintain strict health & safety standards on‑site
- Carry out shift handovers and toolbox talks
- Complete basic reporting and operational paperwork
