Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, Schedule, and monitor bread production to meet demand;
  • Ensure the machines and equipment operate smoothly.

Quality Control

  • Ensure bread meets taste, texture, and appearance standards;
  • Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

Team Management

  • Supervise and train production staff
  • Assign daily tasks and manage shift rotations.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement process improvement for efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering or any related field
  • 3 to 5 years work related experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a bakery production or any related field;
  • Bakery experience preferred
  • Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
