Plant Support Engineer – Caldic APAC, Pasig City, PH

Responsibilities

• Observe and diagnose plant equipment and its lubrication requirements
• Configure customer machinery to integrate and ensure continuous operation of the plant using company offered products
• Support installation and transition of lubrication system following company's solution
• Coordinate projects and produce documentation as needed
• Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve possible malfunctions, assess need for solution integration/reconfigurations
• Analyze complex customer data and provide insights for decision‑making
• Support operational efficiency and business processes
• Assist in developing and improving workflows
• Manage records and reporting related to project progress, maintenance and day‑to‑day activities
