Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the process according to the respective operations manual & GMP to ensure production targets are achieved safely.
  • Carry out process sampling.
  • Monitor process condition.
  • Record all operating conditions and process quality.
  • Correct minor process deviations.
  • Inform supervisor of any abnormality in operating conditions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Operate equipment/process according to authorised procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
  • Ensure proper handling and taking over of duties during shift changeover.
  • Process all non-GMO oil in accordance with authorised procedures.
  • Comply with all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedures according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements while performing assigned work duties.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
