About The Role

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the Plant Technician (Shift Operator - Trainee Level 1) position is critical to ensuring ongoing business success. This position allows for the successful candidate to move from the Shift Operator - Trainee Level 1 to Shift Operator - Trainee Level 2 within 6 months and full Operator role within 18 months.
