Plasterer

The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Plasterer to join us on our responsive repairs and maintenance team at the Amplius Housing branch. This will be covering a patch of social housing properties across Birmingham so travel is essential, and our office is based in Walsall. The core working hours are Monday to Friday Start at 8.00am-4:30pm including Work Van, Fuel card and Tools. You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of Plastering maintenance and repairs as required, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
The Project
Fortem's successful contract with Amplius supports nearly 15,000 properties, This includes Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Complex Works and FRA workstreams with additional Planned Works and Preventative Maintenance as well.
