Plater

We are seeking an experienced Plater to join a busy fabrication team. The role involves working with structural steel, carrying out fabrication, plating, and assembly tasks to high standards of accuracy and safety.

• Carry out plating and fabrication of structural steel components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and engineering schematics.
• Mark out, cut, shape, and assemble steelwork to required specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to quality standards.
• Operate fabrication tools, machinery, and lifting equipment where required.
• Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Proven experience as a Plater within a fabrication or structural steel environment. Marine/offshore/oil&gas experience ideal.
