Overview

The ideal candidate will provide system configuration and case administration for RealPage Managed Services. The Platform Administrator will partner with RealPage domestic teams to ensure configuration is completed timely, with quality checks, and will understand customer requirements, system configuration, administration and related activities to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform OneSite configuration, according to the Owners & Operators Company standards
• Perform OneSite system configuration upon request, according to the Owners & Operators Company standards
• Support domestic Manager with data and reporting needs
• Manage SalesForce cases within Service Level Agreements
• Perform additional duties as required
