Role Overview

The Core Java, Platform & Networking Lead is responsible for designing, building, and operating the high-performance control plane and real-time routing layer of the Indic Speech AI platform. This role owns the software systems that sit between client applications and GPU-based speech inference services and directly determine end-to-end latency, reliability, and scalability.

The role focuses on low-latency, high-throughput backend systems implemented primarily in Core Java, with deep ownership of networking Behaviour, streaming session management, and protocol-level optimizations required for real-time speech workloads.
