Role Overview:
Lead the design and development of low-latency, high-performance backend systems for real-time speech AI platforms. Own control-plane services, real-time request routing, and networking optimization to ensure scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-performance API gateways and streaming services using Core Java (NIO, multithreading).

• Manage real-time routing, session lifecycle, and long-lived streaming connections.

• Optimize L4/L7 networking (TCP, QUIC, HTTP/2).

• Ensure low-latency, fault-tolerant, and scalable platform behavior.

• Collaborate with distributed systems, GPU, and Kubernetes teams.
