Role: Open Source Full Stack Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Hours: IST

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 2x Days onsite - Bangalore, India


We’re hiring a backend-heavy Full Stack Developer to build internal platforms, automation frameworks, and developer tools . This is not a product role you’ll focus on system-level services that power engineering teams at scale and reduce operational toil.


What you’ll do

  • Build internal backend services, APIs, and automation tools (≈75%)
  • Design scalable, reliable microservices and internal platforms
  • Automate CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, access management, and workflows
  • Containerize and deploy services using Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC
