Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Platform Engineering: 3+ years
  • Experience in developing horizontal platforms for engineers to operate on.
  • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure): 3+ years
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform): 3+ years
  • DevOps CI/CD: 6+ years


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Kubernetes
  • Harness.io
  • Istio or other service mesh technologies


Non-Technical / Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand functional requirements and non-functional requirements (NFRs) and translate them into designs and implementations
  • Proactive mindset: ability to think ahead, plan, and execute effectively
