Job Profile Summary:

  • Design, build, run, and evolve tools, infrastructure, templates, and capabilities used by engineering teams to deliver business value.
  • Write code to automate infrastructure and environment operations.


Job Description:

  • Collaborate with product engineers to design, build, and operate platforms that enhance delivery quality, speed, and safety.
  • Develop software and tooling to automate platform, infrastructure, and environment operations.
  • Create standardized deployment and operational tooling with best practices.
  • Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Make platforms self-service, secure, and accessible within minutes without human intervention.
  • Continually evolve platforms to incorporate new technology, improve engineer happiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Automate deployment and operational tasks using languages like Python and Go.
  • Participate in cross-team activities to foster a unified, high-performing culture.


Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience with advanced knowledge in:
  • Linux Administration
  • Network Concepts
  • Troubleshooting
  • SSL, Encryption, Authentication
  • Preferred tools: Ansible, Git, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, HashiCorp, Wireshark
  • Programming: Python (preferred)
  • Optional: AWS Cloud, Docker


Responsibilities:

  • Work with product engineers to build and run platforms delivering value efficiently.
  • Develop standardized tooling for deployment and operations.
  • Maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
  • Make platforms self-service, secure, and quick to access.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Automate operations using Python, Go, and controls integration.
