About the Role:

We manage Koch Capabilities India’s multi-cloud platform, focusing on modernization, cloud optimization, and maintenance of cloud-native and edge workloads. Our team collaborates with engineers and leaders to implement tools, processes, and products that streamline daily activities and improve performance.

Join Koch Capabilities India’s Cloud Platform team to drive modernization and optimization across multi-cloud environments. This role focuses on building resilient, automated infrastructure and enabling development teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and infrastructure provisioning
• Develop infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or similar
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize resource utilization
• Support critical platforms through consulting, debugging, break/fix execution, and participation in the on-call rotation

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5–8 years of IT experience
• Strong expertise with DevOps, cloud platforms, and observability tools
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python
• Experience creating and maintaining infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience managing a GitHub organization and implementing CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace
• Experience administering cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with emphasis on governance, automation, and development
• Knowledge of secrets management tools (Akeyless, AWS Secrets Manager) and IAM roles, policies, and users
• Proficiency with Docker and containerization

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS using EKS
• Familiarity with security tools such as Prisma Cloud and GitHub Advanced Security
