Role Overview:
We are seeking a former Palantir professional with hands-on experience delivering real-world solutions using Palantir platforms. The ideal candidate has worked in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or analytics roles and understands how Palantir technologies are applied to solve complex, large-scale problems in enterprise environments.
This role is intentionally title-agnostic — we value practical Palantir delivery experience over job labels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems used in real customer environments.
Contribute hands-on across backend services, data workflows, and platform components.
Work on complex, high-impact problems involving large datasets and distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Ensure production readiness, performance, and operational stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Former employee of Palantir Technologies.
• Direct, hands-on experience delivering solutions on one or more of the following:
Palantir Foundry ( strongly preferred )
Palantir Gotham
Palantir Apollo
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who has actually built and shipped solutions on Palantir platforms.
Strong problem-solving mindset with real customer impact experience.
Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes, or regulated environments.
Comfortable working end-to-end: data → logic → application → deployment.
Clear communicator who can explain complex systems simply and effectively.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive delivery.
