Summary

We are seeking a Platform Engineering Staff Lead to architect, build, and scale our customer-facing, event-driven retirement funds management platform. This role requires a polyglot engineer with deep expertise across frontend, backend, database architecture, systems integration, observability, performance engineering, security, and resilience. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, mentor engineering teams, and drive platform reliability and recoverability standards in a highly regulated fintech environment. This is a hands-on leadership position balancing strategic architectural influence with direct contribution to critical systems.
