What Will You Do
You'll help keep all our business systems connected and ensure data flows smoothly across the company. Your work supports our digital operations and helps teams access the reliable data they need to make good decisions. Using modern automation tools, no‑code/low‑code platforms, and AI technologies, you'll build and maintain integrations and data pipelines that enable us to operate efficiently and scale as we grow. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers and teams across customer experience, finance, operations, marketing, and sales to understand their needs and deliver solutions that work.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain integrations between business platforms including billing systems, CRM, LMS, community tools, and support platforms
- Configure and manage API connections, webhooks, and automated workflows across the technology stack
- Build and iterate internal tools and prototypes using no‑code/low‑code platforms such as Make, Zapier, Airtable, and Xano
- Monitor integration health and proactively troubleshoot issues when systems aren't syncing properly
- Apply AI tools and APIs to optimize workflows, improve data quality, and generate operational insights
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing systems and processes
- Provide operational support for platform and integration issues
- Develop and manage data integrations using event streaming and ETL/ELT tools such as Segment, Parabola, Airbyte, and similar platforms
- Ensure customer, subscription, and product data syncs correctly across all business systems
- Configure data tracking, event instrumentation, and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key business metrics including MRR, subscriptions, churn, and customer data
- Support the rollout of data‑driven dashboards and performance tracking systems
- Analyze data patterns to identify issues or opportunities in system performance
- Monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies or errors for resolution
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for integrations and data systems
- Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to execute on the technology roadmap
- Support data requests from leadership and cross‑functional teams with timely and accurate responses
- Document integration configurations, data mappings, API implementations, and maintain runbooks
- Create and maintain technical documentation that enables team members to understand and troubleshoot systems
- Automation & integration platforms: Proficient in Make, Zapier, Airtable, Xano, and/or similar no‑code/low‑code tools
- Data integration tools: Experience with ETL/ELT platforms such as Segment, Parabola, Airbyte, or similar event streaming and data pipeline tools
- Analytics platforms: Comfortable working with Mixpanel, ChartMogul, BigQuery, and data visualization tools
- APIs and webhooks: Ability to configure, test, and troubleshoot API connections and webhook integrations
- Data analysis: Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively
- SaaS platforms: Familiarity with business tools like Stripe, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and support systems
- Technical documentation: Ability to read API documentation and create clear, actionable technical documentation
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
- AI tools: Familiarity with AI assistants and APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, automation copilots) for workflow optimization
- MCP (Model Context Protocol): Understanding of MCP for connecting AI systems with data sources and tools, enabling AI‑powered automation workflows
- Database concepts: Understanding of databases, data flows, and data modeling (SQL knowledge helpful but not required)
- Business intelligence: Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase
- SaaS metrics: Understanding of key metrics like MRR, churn, LTV, and CAC
- Rapid development platforms: Experience with Retool or similar tools
- Ownership and execution - combines ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Proactive problem‑solving - merges proactive mindset, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving orientation
- Detail‑oriented and analytical - combines attention to detail, analytical thinking, and systems thinking
- Clear communication and collaboration - includes communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and documentation (plus the specific teams you mentioned)
- Self‑directed and adaptable - covers independence, adaptability, and continuous learning
- 2-4 years of experience in product operations, platform integration, automation, data enablement, or similar technical operations roles
- Track record of building and maintaining integrations and data workflows in a production environment
- Experience working with multiple SaaS platforms and connecting them through APIs and automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and resolve data quality problems
