Platform Lead

As aPlatformLeadreporting to thePlatformContent Manager,youown the contentbuildstrategy, execution best practicesand operational delivery for a specific content platform or channel. You manage a team of content experts of our platforms i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud& Service Cloud,App,Zoovu,AEM, Hybris, Magento 2, a range of CRM platforms,and more.

Communication, collaboration, self-evaluation, and a desire to improve are second nature to you. You understand the need to createhigh qualitycontent experiences, in a high paced environment,with demanding delivery timelines.In this role, effective people management, strong recruitment, and extensive platform training are all critical for the team to be set up for success.
