Platform Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 Years of hands-on experience in managing

Amazon Ads or any marketplace advertising. The selected individuals will play a key role in

guiding and assisting clients through the "Hector" platform, providing comprehensive

walkthroughs and handholding support to ensure optimal use and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide step-by-step walkthroughs and handholding support for clients using

Hector.

● Conduct client demos to deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations

to clients, showcasing the Hector platform’s features and benefits.

● Assist in setting up and optimizing Amazon Ads or other marketplace ads.

● Address client queries and provide solutions for any ad-related issues.

● Collaborate with the team to improve the user experience on the Hector platform.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon Ads and

marketplace advertising.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 Years experience in Amazon Ads or other marketplace ads.

● Competitive analysis expertise to assess market trends, monitor competitor

strategies, and identify opportunities for business growth.

● Strong understanding of advertising strategies and campaign optimization.

● Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
