Platform Specialist

This is a remote position. We are seeking a Platform Specialist to support the end-to-end operations of a technology-driven talent marketplace. This role plays a critical part in matching talent to open roles, managing active customer engagements, and ensuring successful, long-term placements. The Platform Specialist works closely with the Platform Manager and leadership team to understand client needs, support deal execution, and maintain high-quality service throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position also collaborates with internal teams to improve workflows, resolve operational challenges, and support automation initiatives that enhance platform efficiency.
